Affiliate Disclosure

Last Updated: February 2026

Throughout this site and video descriptions, we reference several trader evaluation companies, funded futures trading programs, software products, and services you can use as a trader. Not every link is an affiliate link, but as a general rule, you should assume every link may be an affiliate link.

As an affiliate, we earn a commission on any sale made from people who sign up for a service or buy software through our links. This commission comes at no additional cost to you. The affiliate relationship does not influence the price you pay.

1. Our Affiliate Partners

We currently maintain affiliate relationships with the following companies:

  • TakeProfit Trader — funded futures trading evaluation provider. Use code MAVERICK for 40% off.
  • Apex Trader Funding — funded futures trading evaluation provider
  • Bookmap — orderflow and heatmap visualization software
  • Flowbots / Replikanto — automated trade execution and copier software
  • NinjaTrader — futures trading platform and brokerage
  • Other partners — from time to time we may partner with additional companies in the trading and financial education space. Any such relationships are subject to the same standards described in this disclosure.

2. How Affiliate Links Work

When you click an affiliate link on our website, YouTube channel, or other content, a small tracking cookie is placed in your browser. If you make a purchase within the cookie window (typically 30 to 90 days depending on the partner), we receive a commission from the company. You pay the same price whether you use our link or go directly to the company’s website.

3. Our Promise

We only recommend companies, products, and services that we personally use and genuinely believe in. Our trading room, educational content, and recommendations are not influenced by affiliate relationships. If we stop using a product, we stop recommending it, regardless of any affiliate arrangement.

We are traders just like all of you, and the entire goal of this website is to help fellow traders with all the information we had a difficult time finding when first starting out. We would never recommend something just to earn a commission.

4. Where Affiliate Links Appear

Affiliate links may appear in the following places:

  • This website (eminimaverick.com), including blog posts, resource pages, and the links page
  • YouTube video descriptions and pinned comments
  • Our Telegram group and channels
  • Our free eBook and other downloadable content
  • Email communications and newsletters

5. FTC Compliance

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. The FTC requires that affiliate relationships be clearly disclosed so consumers can make informed purchasing decisions. We are committed to full transparency about our affiliate partnerships.

6. Questions

If you have any questions about our affiliate relationships or would like more details about a specific partnership, please contact us using the form below.

Risk Disclosure: Futures trading carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all. There is a possibility of losing all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital refers to funds that can be lost without compromising one’s financial security or lifestyle. Trading should only be conducted with risk capital, and only individuals with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Past performance Disclosure: Past performance results have inherent limitations, which are outlined below. It should not be assumed that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In reality, there can be significant differences between past performance results and the actual results achieved by a specific trading program. Moreover, no past performance can fully account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. Factors such as the ability to withstand losses or adhere to a particular trading program despite experiencing trading losses are important considerations that can affect actual trading results. There are various other market-related factors and the implementation of specific trading programs that cannot be entirely considered in the preparation of past performance results, all of which can impact trading outcomes adversely.

Affiliate Disclosure: The external links found on my website and in the descriptions of my videos primarily serve as affiliate links. This means that I earn a commission from the trader evaluation companies and software companies when individuals visiting these links make a purchase. However, it is important to note that I only recommend companies and software that I personally use and genuinely endorse.  For a comprehensive understanding of my affiliate disclosure, please refer to the complete set of disclosures available in the footer.

Testimonials Disclosure:  Testimonials appearing on this website may not be representative of other clients or customers and is not a guarantee of future performance or success.

Live Trading Room Disclosure: This presentation is for educational purposes only and the opinions expressed are those of the presenter only. All trades presented should be considered hypothetical and should not be expected to be replicated in a live trading account.

CFTC Rules 4.41: Hypothetical or Simulated performance results have certain limitations, unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

Trading Evaluation Disclaimer:

The candidate pass rate of one of our top firm’s evaluation programs is around 16.9% between April 1, 2023 – Nov 30, 2023. The Trading Evaluation is a realistic simulation of trading under actual market conditions and is difficult to pass even for experienced traders. Trading Evaluations are not suggested for individuals with minimal trading experience.
