E-Mini Maverick AI Terms and Conditions

You consent to any such personal data included in an Input being transferred to our Technology Partners may not provide the same level of protection for your personal data., subject to the Technology Partners’ domicile  

Acceptable Use Policy

You hereby agree, when using the products, not to replicate any content online. 

Legal notice

You are responsible for any Input, as well as the resulting outputs you generate with your own personal trading (“Output”). Any use of the Output is at your sole risk, under the terms set forth below. 

You are responsible for ensuring that your Input and Output (i) comply at all times with your broker or trading firms rules and our Acceptable Use Policy; (ii) do not violate any applicable law; (iii) do not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any of our rights or the rights of any third party. You shall not include any sensitive personal data (including data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, health data or data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation) in any Input. 

Free Trial

We may make one or more aspects of our products available for a trial period at no charge at our sole discretion. The right to access and use the products will be terminated upon you reaching the usage limit, which may change from time to time subject to our sole discretion. Following the free trial, and unless you purchase a subscription you will no longer be able to access the product.   We reserve the right to limit any customer who takes advantage of the free trial program. 

Intellectual Property Rights

Except for the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, no license or other rights (express or implied) in or to the products or the Output are granted, assigned, licensed or conveyed to you.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on our products. E-Mini Maverick may also share your feedback.

No Refund Policy

E-Mini Maverick offers a free trial period for the products to allow you to test the products before committing to a purchase. As such, there will be no refunds provided for any fees paid by you, including but not limited to subscription fees or one-time purchase fees, once you made the purchase. 

Fair Use Policy

Users are granted unlimited access to E-Mini Maverick, subject to fair use limitations. Fair use is defined as the use of the service in a manner that does not exceed reasonable and customary levels of usage. If the user’s usage exceeds reasonable and customary levels, E-Mini Maverick reserves the right to ask the user to upgrade to a more suitable plan that better accommodates their usage needs or take other appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access.

Eligibility and Identification

When registering for the Services, we may authenticate your identity through different third-party services and may require additional identification. 

The Services are intended for use by users of at least eighteen (18) years old. If you register for our services, you hereby declare that you are eighteen (18) years old or older and undertake to monitor your account to ensure that no minors under that age have access to the Services.

Adhering to your local laws & regulations

By using the product, you agree to adhere to all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the product. In the event that one of our Technology Partners is no longer permitted in your country, your use of the product is entirely at your own risk, and E-Mini Maverick shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such use. E-Mini Maverick reserves the right to discontinue the services of any Technology Partner, or the product as deemed necessary, and you acknowledge and agree that you have no recourse against E-Mini Maverick should such action be taken.
