Monday’s session logged 22 trades across MNQ, MGC, and MES. Gold longs were the bright spot, finishing green at +$91.40, but MNQ shorts and MES longs dragged the day into the red. The short side was especially tough with only 2 winners out of 8 attempts.

Overall the session closed at -$195.60 with a 0.69 profit factor and 36% win rate. Max drawdown stayed controlled and recovery time came in under a day. Choppy conditions, but risk management held. Back at it tomorrow.
